Normal ICSP programmer requires to remove ICSP connection from target board after programming the PIC microcontroller. This becomes really annoying if your doing fine tuning to your code, because you may have to plug ICSP connector program it disconnect the programmer few dozen times before you finished your fine tuning. Therefore I came up with a solution for this problem. This circuit uses simple ICSP programmer + CD4066 tri-state switch IC. I designed this just to give a basic idea how to connect two things to get more effective solution. Programmer part is a very simple one, therefore it will not work with many PICs. (It did work with 12F675).
